As a dedicated Managing Director of Base Infrastructure, Michael has 10 years’ experience across both Australia and New Zealand in the the civil contraction industry. Excelling in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. With a strong focus on efficiency and quality, Michael ensures that every project meets the highest standards of safety and performance.Key achievements include successfully delivering several key infrastructure projects in the public sector ranging in value from $3 million – $25 million, as well as overseeing numerous land development projects for both commercial and private clients. Michael's expertise in project management and commitment to excellence have consistently resulted in successful project completions and satisfied clients and stakeholders.Prior to the inception of Base Infrastructure, Michael served as the General Manager of a WA-owned and operated civil contracting company, where he was able to hone his leadership, strategic planning and decision-making skills. In the role he was able to gain invaluable business management knowledge.Michael holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Technology, which has provided a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices this has been instrumental to Michael’s success in the civil construction industry.
